Enerpat Hatsu-Taiken

I work in this company almost one month. During this month, I make more friends and know more about the world. And I miss my life in Suzhou with my best friends, so we often chat in wechat about our life, about our work.

For my new job, I chat with my friends that it will be a big challenge, because this position is not exactly the same as my last job. So I must start anew and start to learn. Sometimes I feel upset, because I can't do the similar job, maybe it can be called timid. Because of the support of the friends, I begin to learn my new job, learn new knowledge. I will do my best to do it. I believe!

In Enerpat, our boss help me a lot. He give me an excel document. I can learn about the machine according to the excel, which is logical and clear. Everyday, I will learn one or two new machines, learn its structure, learn its theory, learn its operational process, which are the most basic knowledge. Just I understand them, then I offer the best service for my customer and let my customer know more about our machine. Everyday, the work is boring, my job is just study, study and study. I will watch the video, which is lovely and interesting, to learn more about the equipment.

Now, I can chat with my customer, tell them our machine, our service. Hope I can become better and better.
